Vacancy - Construction manager

​

Construction company (founded in 1996), real estate developer SIA A-ES Group Construction invites a construction manager to join the team.

Duties:

  • Carry out construction project implementation - organize construction processes according to construction standards;

  • Be able to organize work performers and subcontractors for the timely commissioning of the facility for the client;

  • Develop work execution plans and schedules, set priorities;

  • Plan, order, organize deliveries of building materials;

  • List the volume of the performed works, evaluate the quality, prepare acceptance - handover acts for the performed works;

  • Inspection and control of construction facility expenses, preparation of reports on the facility;

  • Preparation of executive documents, submission of documents to the BIS system;

  • Ensuring compliance with labor safety rules at the construction site;


Requirements:

  • Knowledge of construction processes (at least 2 years of experience in managing construction works);

  • Appropriate education in construction;

  • Certificate of construction practice, etc. documents certifying qualification will be considered as an advantage;

  • Be able to read construction project drawings;

  • Ability to show initiative, make timely decisions;

  • Ability to cooperate and solve problem situations;

  • The ability to take responsibility for the execution deadlines, to ask for help from the support team in a timely manner, if the project implementation deadlines are threatened;

  • B category driving license;

  • Good knowledge of Latvian and Russian languages;

  • Good computer skills: MS Excel, MS Word, WhatsApp, Google Drive
