Challenges and Solutions
We performed:
-
Removal of old paint: The procedure was carried out with a proven technology that allows you to quickly and effectively remove the old coating. Alkaline-based rinsing was used, which is completely harmless to the surface and allows plaster to be applied immediately without washing, thus saving the customer's time and money.
-
Installation of suspended ceilings: The work was performed quickly and with high quality. Extensive work experience and professional tools allowed our team to reduce surface imperfections.
-
Room equipment and corridor sound insulation systems: Suspended panels with special audio "traps" were installed in the corridors. They allow you to completely neutralize the echo effect, as well as sound waves. Special plaster with increased density was used in the rooms, reducing the noise that can come through the walls.
-
Installation of plasterboard constructions: Ceilings with several levels, arches and roundings.
-
Laying the tiles: The tiles were specially made for this object by our own efforts.
-
Plastering, wall and ceiling decoration.
In addition, the roof was insulated and covered with the hermetic method. Cotton wool with good thermal insulation and high ecological properties was used.
