A complex of senior citizens' homes was recently built and put into operation in the Ādaži district, following all the rules of improvement and safety. Senior homes were built, which include several buildings. Each building was designed for senior citizens, including those with special needs, to be able to easily move around each room and yard.  The yard was greened and paved. We carried out full-cycle construction works, both in house construction and yard decoration.

Each building includes several double and triple bedrooms, a beautiful and spacious living room with a kitchen in the middle. The living rooms were built on the south side so that heat and light always enter the spacious room. Each living room has an exit to the balcony and yard and a security room. The houses are equipped with video surveillance systems. We are honored and proud to complete this project. Guided by all accepted standards and regulations, we have accumulated extensive experience in the construction of nursing home-type houses.

After the construction of the senior housing, we also provided the installation of kitchen appliances, specially equipped beds, furniture and interior items.

We provide house design, full-cycle house construction works and yard improvement, in cooperation with building material wholesaler bases. Therefore, we are confident that we can provide construction services at reasonable prices and within the deadlines.
