Senior House complexes are being developed all over Latvia, this is just one of our freshest construction projects - the "Senior-Ogre" residence opened its doors in September 2021. It is located in Rembate, Ķegum county. Rembate is a quiet, peaceful village with less than 1,000 inhabitants, so it also offers comfortable living close to nature. In the territory there is an apple orchard parcel  for activities and a clean environment for nature walks.

The building was built to consist of 6 adapted suites for the elderly. Each apartment has 2-3 bedrooms (single, double and triple). Each bedroom has its own bathroom, common studio living room combined with kitchen and dining area, nursing staff room and terraces for all suites. The residence is equipped with the latest generation equipment, which greatly facilitates care for seniors. In total, the residence offers 43 beds.

The residence has 4 standard and 2 cases for dementia clients. The building is adapted to meet the needs of seniors - safety and spaciousness, so that seniors with limited abilities or wheelchairs can move around.
